The project started as Colin Saber was in need of an Eagle Scout project to get his Eagle. He reached out to the Town of Monument in search of an idea. He arrived with this big idea and the town agreed to get started.

This was the hardest part of this project, $55,000 is not a small amount, this took quite some time with some roadblocks in the way.

This was quite the bad news, in the month of November of 2022 Go Fund Me reversed all donations worth $13,000. So we had to start the whole fundraiser over, so I would not recommend this site.
